Guided Reflection
I will give you access to an online space with questions and practices to start the process as soon as you register. So that you can start to deepen into what is calling you. We will then have a check in before your Retreat.
Alignment Immersion
We will meet for a full day online. During that time we will explore together where you have got to and what level of potential, purpose and leadership wants to emerge next. We will finish with some inspired actions to move your forward.
Integration Sessions
Finally, we will get together again online for your two individual follow up coaching sessions. To make sure that you fully integrate your insights from the retreat. And follow through on your inspired actions.

Transformation comes from taking inspired action on your insights. Here I help you integrate what came out of our retreat. So that you can experience a meaningful shift.
Programme Overview
What is included in this Personal Alignment Immersion ...
- Pre-Immersion Reflection. So that you can start the process of alignment in advance of your session.
- A One Day Alignment Immersion. In the past I have held these retreats in my home in the beautiful Swiss mountains. During this Covid-19 period all retreats are held online. I suggest that if you are able to, you take yourself somewhere nurturing. So you can combine both the experience of being out of your usual environment and the deep transformational work we will do together.
- Integration Support by WhatsApp in the days after the Immersion and in between coaching sessions. To see how things are settling and to deepen what is emerging.
- 2 x 2 Hours Online Integration Sessions. To really land the insights from the retreat and support you in taking inspired action.
