What we are currently experiencing is challenging us to the core. It is not just business as usual. We are not just keeping working, we are in the midst of a major crisis trying to work. 

This impacts us personally as human beings. It is normal to feel anxious, overwhelmed and wondering what to do in all of this. Current events are bringing up so much – that can stretch and stress us all in different ways – physically, intellectually and emotionally.  

As a leader we are called to lead with humanity.  We need to take care of not just business, but also take care of the human we all are. 

In this short programme, I help you explore how to step up as a leader in these times. So that you are able to be that 'single point of light' who will create hope - one of 'the helpers' who steps up to the plate, reassures, empowers and reminds others that we are all in this together and that we can innovate our way out of this.

We have all experienced the leader who artificially tries to engage their team to keep on track with their KPIs.  This is not what we are talking about here.  What we need now are leaders who really are there 'with' their people.  Who are able to walk with them through the emotional fire to the other side.  And create meaning out of chaos.
