Louise Le Gat is the Founder of Leaders For A New Future - a movement and leadership practice for those ready to rise, create and lead for the world that comes next. A former lawyer, pioneering voice in purpose-led leadership, and strategic partner to senior leaders and organisations navigating this pivotal collective transition, she works with executives, social innovators, intrapreneurs and changemakers to evolve their leadership beyond outdated models - driving meaningful impact, navigating complex turning points and building new pathways where established playbooks no longer apply.
With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of purpose-led leadership, systemic transformation and human development, Louise is known for her rare blend of strategic insight, human depth and her ability to guide leaders through deep realignment and profound transitions. She works with those who sense that business as usual is no longer enough. Who are ready to stop being shaped by what is happening - and want to be active shapers of what comes next. Personally and collectively.
She spent a decade at Nestlé delivering transformational programmes, including the Performance Acceleration Programme for high-potential leaders and being faculty and coach on the NCE College for internal changemakers. Earlier, as Career and Leadership Consultant at Allen & Overy, she designed pioneering pathways for lawyers to craft future-fit careers. She was recognised with the ICF Prism Award for outstanding coaching - at a time when coaching itself was still in its infancy.
Louise currently teaches Purpose-Led Leadership at the University of Geneva as part of their Sustainability Transitions programme. She created the Sustainable You pillar for Accelerate2030 - a global programme co-led by the UNDP, Swiss Development Agency and Impact Hub supporting social entrepreneurs to scale solutions to the SDGs. Her broader client work spans Nestle, Nespresso, UNICEF, The Global Fund, Adobe, SAP, Deloitte and Interpeace.
Her first career was as a lawyer and mediator at a leading City of London law firm. She is a certified NLP Coach, RAPSI Counsellor and Mediator. She is the host of The Radio of New Futures and the author of the forthcoming book Rise For A New Future. She lives between the Swiss Alps and the South of France.
