WE ALL HAVE A CHOICE TO MAKE
 
*We are living in interesting times when we are being called to upgrade the operating system on the planet. To transition to an economy that enables the long-term well-being of people and planet. And ultimately contributes to genuine flourishing on this planet.  For many of us this is triggering a pivotal moment of our own where we feel called to impact.  
 
*The good news is that we have now mass awareness of the problem. At least we are all talking about it (!) The mission next is to mobilise ourselves and each other for tangible impact - as a powerful 'en masse' transition team.  As UN Secretary-General António Guterres put it recently 'our world needs action on all fronts -- everything, everywhere, all at once.'
 
* The challenge is that in a world that is polarised, chaotic and resisting actual change, it is often hard to know what to do. And even if we do, it is not easy to believe that we can actually make a real difference and keep following through on it.
  
*That is what The Purpose-Led School has been created for. For you to become that on purpose leader we need now. So that you can bridge that gap between wishing, believing and actually shifting things.

*What it means is this.  We debunk the myth that purpose is a destination - this one permanent place out there that already exists.

*Instead, we advocate that it is the adventure of being a purpose-led leader - where you remember who you are, you do what you are here to do and you make that unique difference only you can make through:

*The real issue is that most of us were trained to  sustain, manage and win at the status quo.  When what we need now is to fundamentally evolve it.
 
*The mission (if you choose to accept it) is to facilitate the transition to the new well-being economy.  You are tasked with shifting from being a good soldier of the old to being a brave builder of the new world that is peaceful, sustainable, regenerative and where we all flourish together with the planet itself.
 
*What that will take in practice is to grow yourself to stop just reacting to existing circumstances and instead to consciously create beyond it. 
 
*As a purpose-led leader, you focus on learning to:
 
**Realise your potential, by making the impact you are made for.
 
**Create prosperity by advancing new ways of living, working and leading.
 
**Enable progress by inspiring positive transformation around you.
 
*In essence, it is about becoming a pioneer, a forward thinker, a visionary, an innovative leader, a transformation agent, a change-maker, a system-shifter - even if that is not how you see yourself now.  Because that is what we are all called to be - the ones who can consciously bring this new world into existence.  Ultimately making the seemingly impossible real.
