1. You get started with a self-led online retreat - with visualisations and journaling prompts to get you going with your reflection and focused in the right way.
2. We then dive deep over two half day 1:1 retreats where we map out what is the real inner and outer shift you are being called to make, what you are here to create next - that is on purpose - and what your aligned next steps are.  
3. We finish with a final 90mins session to ensure everything has landed and that it is leading to a tangible aligned external shift.
