This short programme is for you if... You are committed to living your purpose and you have worked on your personal alignment before. You are already on a conscious journey. And you would like to make sure that as the energy of Spring births, you rise to your next level of purpose and leadership in the world.

In this short programme, we explore what your next level of potential and personal expression are and what your right next steps to get there might be.

As well as digging deeper into alignment and making sure you are on track. You will also work on a personal project. Something that you know will really move your purpose forward.

We combine a Pre Retreat Group Coaching Session to set your intention, an In Person Retreat - where you can Mastermind with others and work on your Purpose Project, a Follow Up Group Call and an Individual Coaching Session to make sure you act on your insights.

How It Works...

We work together over the course of a few months. You work with a small circle of maximum 6 participants. Specifically, you will...

Have a Pre-Retreat Group Coaching Call to set your intention for the Retreat and decide on your Purpose Project.
Meet for a 4 Days In Person Group Retreat at Louise's home in the Swiss Mountains
Have a Follow Up Individual Coaching Session to ground your insights.
Have a Post Retreat Group Coaching Call to make sure you take action.

The Retreat Space

The Retreat days will take place in my home in the beautiful Swiss mountains. I live in a gorgeous old Swiss village called Gryon in the ski resort of Villars-Gryon. Think amazing mountain views and that feeling that you have entered into another time and world.

During our time together, I provide a sanctuary to incubate your next level, a deeply caring presence to help you find your way and challenging mentorship to have you step into in true alignment.

But it is not just about my support... On this group journey, you will travel with a tribe of other like-minded adventurers - who want to live more lovingly, do work that matters and stand for their own and each other's greatness. So that you can rise together.

What Is Included...

Working in a Small Circle of 6 Members max. so that you can receive more tailored support.
Have a Pre-Retreat Group Coaching Call to set your intention for the Retreat and decide on your Purpose Project.
Meet for a 4 Day In Person Group Retreat at Louise's home in the Swiss Mountains.
Have a 60 minute Follow Up Individual Coaching Session to ground your insights.
Have a Post Retreat Group Coaching Call to make sure you take action.
Lunch on each day and refreshments.

Please note that accommodation and travel are NOT included and you will need to book and pay for these separately.
