What does it take to stop trying to predict the future

and instead to intentionally give it form?
We are at a fork in the road. The future is being written like never before. And we must decide whether we will allow ourselves to be passively shaped by what is happening - or whether we will be the ones to shape what comes next.
This means stopping the autopilot most of us are operating from. Going beyond being prisoners of our past and hostages to our present. And instead becoming leaders for a new future - navigating through the uncertain, unknown and unstable nature of the current terrain.
The challenge is that we were trained to be good soldiers of the old status quo - to sustain it, manage it, win at what already exists within a stable context.
But now the system we were trained to fit into is the very system that is falling away. So rising, creating and leading for the new future means making the shift from good soldier of the old to brave creator of the new - in the midst of chaos. Something we haven't actually been trained for.

The Fork In The Road
We are at a pivotal moment on the planet - a time of system shift - where we get to choose which track we go on next. Are we going to passively allow the future to be shaped - or are we going to become an active force in shaping it?

The Wrong Software
Most of us were trained as good soldiers of the old status quo. To sustain, maintain and manage what already exists. When what we need to be now are the brave creators of a new future. That requires an inner operating system upgrade.

Navigating Off-Piste
We are facing the uncharted. There are no maps for where we are going next. We have to make our own. The mission now is not to maintain the status quo. It is to create a new future of genuine flourishing in the midst of chaos. To navigate the unknown, uncertain and unstable - and shape what comes next with choice, creativity and courage.

Your Difference Is The Answer
If you don't fit into the existing world, it is because you are here to lead to a new future. Your misfitness is not the problem. It is where your leadership for the new originates. The seeds of the future are waiting in the place you never fit - because that is where you kept your own shape - and that is what is needed now.
The old maps are obsolete. The existing tracks have run out.
This is not a small course correct. It is foundational. It is fundamental.
You can't use old maps to build a new world. You can't lead new futures with outdated inner software.
What we decide now will have consequences for the generations to come. The question is who shapes what comes next.
