The field we are navigating is fundamentally changing.  

We are in a time of shift of the world as we have known it - caught in the perfect storm of the sustainability crisis, the AI disruption and the upheaval to the world order.

The system is reshaping itself.  And it is reshaping our life, work and leadership with it.

As a result, we are experiencing unprecedented levels of outer uncertainty - confronted by the deep unknown in an increasingly unstable context.

Institutions, organisations, and ways of working we once relied on and took for granted are being fundamentally shaken.  

Existing value systems are showing their fundamental cracks.

The playbooks that kept us safe are fast becoming outdated.

Holding on to what is, with a little bit of adaptation, is not enough anymore.  Not in this time of profound transition that has already started - where it is easy to spin our wheels in the current chaos. 

We are living through a once-in-a-lifetime collective system shift.

We are on a new adventure personally and collectively - with a future in front of us that is yet to be written.  And the question that hangs in the balance is who will write this new future?

What we are being called to now is to face what is happening head on. To not just be shaped by it, but to actively and creatively shape what comes next.  To be the ones that create our future - both personally and collectively.

What it means is first anchoring in stability within ourselves. Then navigating through the storm.  And creating something better on the other side of it - by stepping into a new level of our own potential, purpose and impact.  

The mission now is to find our way through this in-between space.  To pick our own adventure and chart our own journey through the uncertainty, the unknown and the unstable - within the midst of this chaos. 

So that we can create a new brighter future for ourselves and for the greater whole based on what has real value.  

By writing the next chapters that are uniquely our own - finding our true place in this new reality, playing our unique part at this turning point and shaping what comes next in these times of transition.  

WHY THE SCHOOL EXISTS

 Most programs are still training people to succeed as if we were in business as usual.

They are ignoring the systems that are no longer working, the new challenges we are now facing and the current future that is looking more and more frightening.

They keep teaching you how to perform better, fit in more smoothly, and keep the status quo alive - in an outdated value paradigm. Instead of guiding you to colour beyond the known lines that are currently disappearing.

That is why The Purpose-Led School exists. It is designed as the place to build your roadmap through this in-between, uncharted territory.  And where you activate and create a new brighter future for yourself and the greater whole - through your work and leadership.

WE WERE NOT TRAINED FOR THIS

And so although we have expertise, knowledge and skills, we are usually not equipped within ourselves, our work or our leadership for this personal and collective re-invention.

WHO IS THE SCHOOL FOR?

The Purpose-Led School is for the 'misfits' - who learnt to pay the game to be successful in the existing system, but don't quite feel like they fit in anymore.  And now:

• Those who feel increasingly out of synch with business as usual - and where it is taking us.  
• Those who don't want to just be good soldiers - custodians of an old increasingly outdated status quo. But want to shape what comes next.
• Those who don't believe in the existing ways any longer.  And want to bring new ways of doing things and be builders of a new more hopeful future. 

Because if you don't feel like you fit into the existing system.  It is because you are here to create a new one.  And you are being called to become a brave builder of the future.

In our experience, brave builders come in different shapes and forms.  And you will find here a mix of people from the corporate sector, humanitarian organisations and NGOs as well as social entrepreneurs.  Some have also been taking some time out to re-orient.

What connects us all is that although successful in the existing system - we never quite felt that we really fitted in. Now, we feel more and more out of synch with business as usual - and know we are being called to a new level of potential, purpose and impact for the transition we are in.  Even though we are scared, we want to do what is truly ours to do now and shape what comes next - from a desire to bring long term well-being to people and planet.

The Purpose-Led School is not just a training.  It is a living ecosystem, transformation container and new kind of guided journey from Good Soldier Of The Old to Brave Builder Of The New.  It provides you with the guidance, frameworks and activations to:

• Integrate new Habits,
• Activate new inner Foundations and
• Update your internal Operating System.  

The School is not a traditional programme where you learn but you don't change.  Instead it provides:

• A stable haven and a guided lifeline in the midst of the current chaos - where you can chart your purpose-led course through the uncertainty, unknown and unstable times that we are in.  
• A transformation space to build your own roadmap to your new future - to not just talk about or spin your wheels and instead get clear on and make real what you are meant to be doing now at this time of transition.  
• A place to travel together with other 'would-be' brave builders who are also choosing to join the transition team that is answering the call to rise at this pivotal moment on the planet.  Because let's face it being the one who brings the new ways can be lonely out there.

The Purpose-Led School is a yearly membership and it includes:

• Self-guided practices and activations,
