WHY DOES THE SCHOOL EXIST?

 Most programs are still training people to succeed as if we were in business as usual.

They are ignoring the systems that are no longer working, the new challenges we are now facing and the current future that is looking more and more frightening.

They keep teaching you how to perform better, fit in more smoothly, and keep the status quo alive - in an outdated value paradigm. Instead of guiding you to colour beyond the known lines that are currently disappearing.

That is why The Purpose-Led School exists - it is the school to learn how to navigate the 'off-piste' times we are in.  And still create something good from it all.

It is the place to design your own purpose-led adventure through the uncharted territory of this in-between period.  

And where you activate and create a new future for yourself and the greater whole - through your work and leadership even in the midst of the current chaos.

To do what is yours to do now at this time of pivotal transition - trusting in your unique way.  Because beyond the known tracks, you are now called to create your own.

The Purpose-Led School is the future-oriented place specifically created for when you have been successful in the existing system, but you feel increasingly like a 'misfit':

• More and more out of synch with business as usual,
• That you don't fit into the existing ways of doing things - and
• Deep down you know you are here for more in these shapeshifting times.

We help you make the transition and shape what comes next as an active builder of the new future you want - both personally and collectively.

• The authentic fulfilment you are made for now,

• The meaningful work that is uniquely yours to do at this time and

• The worthwhile change only you can bring during this period of system shift.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES?

So right now, you might be finding that although you know how to play the existing 'game', you are feeling increasingly out of synch with your business as usual. 

You don't seem to want to fit in like you used to, you are increasingly frustrated with the existing way things are done and you are somehow being called for more.  

And as a result you might be stuck in: 

• Not Knowing What You Want: Wanting to have a new level of purposeful impact - but doubting yourself, spinning your wheels, not knowing what that looks like exactly at this time, or how to get there.
• Not Finding Your Next Role: Wishing for more meaningful work that is aligned to what is most important to you and your core strengths - but not knowing how to create that.  Not seeing it already 'out there', believing you can't have that, being laid off, facing a tough job market or having to settle for the money instead.
• Not Bringing Real Change: Sitting in a role frustrated where you know you could add so much more and wanting to bring deeper transformation.  Yet feeling stuck going through the motions, bending yourself to fit into the mould, just moving 'furniture' around, not knowing how to get to be really heard or how to bring the meaningful changes you deeply care about.

We were trained for stable times to sustain what exists - not to find our own way to creating something new and better out of the unstable nature of the uncharted times we are in.  

WHO IS THE SCHOOL FOR?

The Purpose-Led School is for the 'misfits' - who learnt to play the game to be successful in the existing system, but don't quite feel like they want to just fit in anymore:

• Those who feel increasingly out of synch with business as usual - disillusioned by where it is taking us and the kind of present and future it is creating.
• Those who don't want to just be good soldiers - custodians of an old increasingly outdated status quo. But want to shape what comes next.
• Those who don't believe in the existing ways any longer - and the future they are creating.  And want to bring new ways of doing things and be the builders of a new more hopeful future. 

Because if you don't feel like you fit into the existing system.  It is because you are here to create a new one.  And you are being called to become a brave builder of the new future.

In our experience, brave builders come in different shapes and forms.  And you will find here a mix of people from the corporate sector, humanitarian organisations and NGOs as well as social entrepreneurs.  Some have also been taking some time out to re-orient.

Together we resonate with this idea that our 'misfitness' and our unique 'kind of weird' are our mission now in this time of system shift.  And are choosing to activate these uniquely different qualities, gifts and ways of being, working and leading - putting them in service to a new future.

WHAT MAKES THE SCHOOL DIFFERENT?

The School is in its essence a guided adventure from Good Soldier Of The Old Status Quo to Brave Builder Of The New Future. It is not just a training - or a traditional programme where you just learn but you don't change or build anything.

It comes from a deep understanding that the rules of this quest have changed.  That they are now about moving beyond the auto-pilot of past conditioning, the reactiveness to your immediate environment and the powerlessness in the midst of the current chaos.

That it is now about becoming who you need to be to create the new purpose-led future you actually want.  By retrieving, building and increasing your authentic creation capacity - in the face of the storm we are in.  

So that you can build something new within the uncertain, unknown and unstable reality of our time. Because point B (as in where you are meant to be going) may not yet exist.  And you are going to have to be the one to create it.  

That is why in practice, The School is a living ecosystem - a place to gain new insights, a transformation container and a new kind of incubator - and it provides you with:

• A stable haven and a guided lifeline in the midst of the current chaos - where you can chart your purpose-led course through the uncertainty, unknown and unstable times that we are in.  
• The guidance, frameworks and activations to integrate new Habits, activate new inner Foundations and update your internal Operating System.  
• A transformation space to craft your new future - to not just talk about or spin your wheels and instead get clear on, evolve yourself for and make real what you are meant to be creating now at this time of transition.  

As well as a place to travel together with other 'would-be' brave builders who are also choosing to join the transition team that is rising at this pivotal moment on the planet.  Because let's face it being the one who brings the new ways can be lonely sometimes.

HOW DOES THE SCHOOL WORK?

The Purpose-Led School is a yearly membership and it includes:

• Two live masterclasses per month,
• A library of self-guided masterclasses. activations and practices,
• An online community space

It is accessible both on your desktop and through our App - to make it is easy to access on the go, wherever you are and whenever you have some time.  

It has six parts to guide you to build your roadmap to the core focus of the school - authentic fulfilment, meaningful work and the worthwhile change only you can bring:

• The Wayfinder: A set of guided visualisations and journaling practices to dig deeper into what you are meant to be doing now at this pivotal time of transition.
• The Retreat: Daily practices to keep you in line with your own inner knowing and truth.  And to anchor into the inner stability and positive energy you need to stay steady during these turbulent times.
• The 'Build Your Future' Programme: Guided Activations based on our Creator Mode Methodology and Purpose-Led Method.  So that you build the inner muscles to create your future in an emergent way.  Think artistry rather than Gantt chart.
• The '12 Purpose-Led Foundations': Guided sessions based on the 12 Foundations of being a Purpose-Led Leader to map out your innate blueprint, original contribution and leading-edge conversation.
• The Self-Coaching: Deeper dives to help you fine tune your purpose-led compass, map and navigation system and the actions that are true for you to take now.
• The Community: An online area where you can connect with other brave builders of the future on the same journey as you.

The Purpose-Led School is a Two Tier Yearly Membership.  The Two options are:

1. Tier 1: The School with its masterclasses, activations and practices: CHF1,250 (+VAT for Swiss Residents) for the year.  

2. Tier 2: The School + The Circle which includes in addition bi-monthly group coaching: CHF2,500 (+VAT for Swiss Residents) for the year.
